Welcome

Kathryn Heim has been writing since she was fourteen years old and has been telling stories in her head for as long as she can remember. She was raised on J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Lewis Carroll, and Dr. Seuss. In college, she developed an affinity for classics such as Homer, Chaucer, Shakespeare, and Milton, and in more recent years she has fallen in love with the works of G.K. Chesterton, George MacDonald, Flannery O'Connor, and Dorothy L. Sayers.

She has a BA in English/Creative Writing from Warren Wilson College and currently writes regular columns for the Catholic News Herald of Charlotte, North Carolina, while she works on various novels and reads too many books.

She is a homemaker, a book nerd, and a coffee addict.

Above all, she is a lover of stories and of storytellers, in whatever form they come.
